Our goal is to have every customer become a satisfied lifetime customer. To do this we must provide a quality product at a very fair price. We work diligently to achieve this goal, however undesirable thing do happen, therefore we have developed the following policies to address these events and to provide basic information.
Minimum Order: We do not have a minimum order requirement.
Payment Methods: You can pay with VISA or MasterCard. Paypal arrangements can be made by contacting us at sales@janabelles.com
Out Of Stock
Occasionally a specific lamp color or design can be out of stock. In such event, you will be notified and given an estimate date of arrival. You can either accept the ship date or cancel your order. Should you accept the delay, a 4 oz fuel sample of your favorite scent will be included.
We prepare our fuels after we receive your order to provide maximum shelf time for our customers. We do not anticipate any delays, however it certainly can happen. In the event of an unusual delay, we will notify you and give you an estimated ship date. You can accept the delay or cancel the order. Should you accept the delay, a 4 oz fuel sample of your favorite scent will be included.
Return of lamps
We pack our lamps very carefully and do not expect anything to happen. To offset the possibility of unexpected damage, you will be offered the option to insure your purchase. Damage due to shipping should be reported to USPS. Please keep the shipping package to show damage when presenting a claim to the USPS. We would also like to know of any damage you experience to help improve our service and shipping methods. Please contact us at support@janabelles.com.

Note: We can not be responsible for proper operation of a lamp if the fuel/ fragrance was obtained from another source. Our Lamps will work with any fuel that has the proper ratio of alcohol and essential oils.
Return of fuels/ fragrances.
Our Fragrances and Fragrance Fuels are produced using strict quality control procedures however should there be an events that need to be corrected, please contact us at support@janabelles.com.
