| Shipment Policy |
Normally orders will be shipped within two business days.
Shipping Fees
We ship using USPS and we comply with Department of Transportation Hazardous material shipping regulations.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the “ready to ship” package, selected options and the designation.
We only use ground shipping (Parcel Post) for products that contain alcohol. This includes all Fragrance Fuels, Room Sprays, Redolere Lamps and LaMaison Lamps. (The Redolere and LaMaison Lamp standard purchases include one pint of Fragrance Fuel.) Priority mail can be used for JIB Lamps and accessories. Other lamps can be sent by Priority Mail only if the sample fragrance fuel is removed.
All packages are sent with Delivery Confirmation (tracking to delivery). Our responsibility ends when the package enters the USPS system. It will be your responsibility to assure you have provided the proper address and to provide a safe location to receive the package.

We do not ship internationally at this time.
